An odd inspiration from another deviants pic of a Gator tf. Obviously not my best, the spine really stinks. The anatomy is also a challenge since it gets very muscular and thick as it gets further into becoming a real Alligator. May retouch. May make more.

I have to disagree with you on the spine. This is actually very well done, especially considering not many people in general do gator transformations of any sort. This is probably one of the more realistic looking ones I've seen honestly as all the others just tend to have a cartoonish style.
So, I say well done.
